Pension Kantor is situated on the boarder of Jizera Mountains and Krkonose (the highest mountains in Czech) in the altitude of 650 m above sea level. Upstairs there are 6 rooms (2 or 4 beds) of max 23 beds. All interiors are covered with wood. Downstairs there is a lounge with a fireplace, pool table and a color TV with satellite. There is a car park near the pension as well.

During the summer season the countryside around the pension is idle for tracking, biking or you can have a swim in outside swimming pool. In the warm evenings you can have BBQ or you can smoke or roast anything you wish.

During the winter season there is an easy access to the pension, because the road is kept clean of snow for the regular bus link from Tanvald. There are good opportunities for cross-country skiing as for downhill skiing as well (downhill courses in Tanvald, Paseky, Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Harrachov).
